En deux temps trois mouvements votre p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate\u00a0! Mais qui dit rapidit\u00e9 dit gros risque de ratage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En effet, le p\u00e9trin \u00e0 axe vertical a des inconv\u00e9nients qui, si on n\u2019est pas \u00e0 cheval, peuvent vous g\u00e2cher votre pr\u00e9paration. L\u2019action rotative de ce type de p\u00e9trins engendre beaucoup plus de frottements et de chaleur, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important \u00e0 prendre en compte quand on utilise de la levure.
