Attention\u00a0: les pains de mie, pains am\u00e9lior\u00e9s et biscottes sont souvent additionn\u00e9s de mati\u00e8res grasses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sa teneur en glucides lents<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans notre alimentation, il faut distinguer les glucides \u00e0 absorption rapide (sucre, miel, fruits) et ceux \u00e0 absorption lente (principalement l\u2019amidon que l\u2019on trouve dans les f\u00e9culents et dans le pain (55 g pour 100 g). Les glucides lents procurent un effet de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 plus longtemps, bienfait red\u00e9couvert r\u00e9cemment par les sportifs qui en assimilent de grandes quantit\u00e9s avant les entra\u00eenements ou de longs efforts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sa teneur en fibres<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le pain contient des fibres alimentaires en proportion variable selon le type de farine utilis\u00e9e : de 0.3% pour les pains blancs \u00e0 plus de 1,5% pour les pains dits complets. Ces fibres, qui ne sont pas assimil\u00e9es par l\u2019organisme, favorisent le transit intestinal en \u00e9vacuant les autres substances et donc en rendant ainsi inop\u00e9rante une partie des calories ing\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sa teneur en vitamines<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le pain apporte des vitamines B et du magn\u00e9sium, du phosphore, du fer, qui favorisent la croissance et luttent contre le vieillissement des cellules.
